Once we had decided we wanted to add a spa to our garden, the team at the derby sales office dealt with everything quickly efficiently and professionally. We had tight access and this was assessed and confirmed it was ok, much to our delight. On arrival the delivery team were polite, helpful and hardworking and got the spa in position and filled in record time.

We have not noticed an increase in energy costs and have pound this spa to be very efficient and user friendly. The seating arrangement is perfect for us and the quality of the product in wonderful.

I would certainly recommend this product to anyone, we have been extremely happy with our purchase. Great Job Guys – keep up the good work!
